Custom Agents launched alongside a new credit system in May 2026. Workspace admins on Business or Enterprise plans purchase Notion Credits at $10 per 1,000, which the Custom Agents consume to run automated workflows. This adds a usage-based cost layer on top of per-seat pricing that teams need to budget for separately from the base subscription.
